We want you to be happy with your kit. If you're not, here's where you stand.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, just email us at hello@theoutdoorchildhood.co.uk within that time. We'll refund the full cost of the kit, including standard postage, once it's back with us.

Please return the kit unused and in its original condition, within 14 days of telling us you'd like to cancel. Return postage is your responsibility unless the kit arrived faulty or damaged. We'd recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please email us with a photo and we'll put it right - a replacement or a full refund, including postage both ways. This is your right under the Consumer Rights Act and nothing here affects it.

Because pressed leaves and natural materials are delicate by nature, small variations between kits aren't faults - they're the mark of things made and gathered by hand. But if something has genuinely arrived broken, tell us.
